Mô tả công việc

* Legislation:
- Appraise, supervise, consult, handle all the group's legal activities (business, investment, IPO, M&A..);
* Risk Management:
- Evaluate,supplement, recommend risk management solutions ( internal process, system of trading contracts...) for production, trading & other activities of the Group;
- Guide & cooperate with other departments in terms of risk management & legal issues
* Credit Management (with Deputy Manager Level)
Credit consult & debt collection management for each type of customer
* Other tasks: following assiged

Yêu cầu công việc

*Experience
- From 3 years (executive level)/ 7 years (deputy manager level)on similar positions in company/law firms.
- Experiecing in handling, debt collection in business enterprises/banks (with deputy manager level).
* Skills
- Fluent in Legal English (Good Englich communication is an advantage).
- Ability to collect, organize & classify information related to issues to be sovled.
- Effective management & leadership skill (with Deputy Manager).
- Good Ability to Analyze, evaluate i& transfer information.
- Ability to work indepentlty, get high pressure at work.
- Honest, have sense of responsibility & enthusiastic for work.
* Working location: 13th Floor, BIDV Tower, 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
* Working time: From Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00) & Saturday morning (8:00-12:00)
